TYPES OF WARRANTIES
Base Limited Warranty
Base Limited Warranty applies to units not registered or registered over 60 days post-installation. It covers faulty parts due to manufacturer defect, excluding repair labor. Typically, this warranty spans 5 years.
Registered Limited Warranty
The Registered Limited Warranty extends the warranty term if product is registered within 60 days of installation, covering parts that may fail due to manufacturer defect. Labor for repairs is not included. Typically, this warranty spans 10 years
Optional Extended Warranty
An optional Extended Warranty can be bought from your installing contractor. It covers parts that fail due to manufacturer defect and may include labor costs depending on the warranty. Ask your installing contractor for more information.
